THE PRODUCT
Arboleda de los Vientos" farm is located in Pitalito, Huila Colombian’ region. A 30-hectare property owned by Pablo Gomez who has been producing coffee for over 14 years. His passion for coffee and commitment to excellence motivated him to experiment with different varieties and processes. In the shade of orange, mandarin and lemon trees, a specialty Arabica coffee is grown in high-altitude mountains (5.085-5.413 feet). These crops are located alongside native semitropical woods, which are nourished through crystal clear water sources, which are used in an ecological and responsible way.
THE PROCESS
In a handcrafted manner, following strictly the good farming practices and completely handmade, the coffee beans are dried in the sun and perfectly ripened. The combined presence of these particular geographic and climatic conditions are reflected in a specialty coffee with a unique taste, among the most harmonious and sweetest of Colombia. Our coffee stands out because of its fragrant and natural aroma with medium high acidity, subtle shades of mandarin, very sweet and velvety taste which can produce pleasant feelings that remain on the palate.
